Mana Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby and nearby towns. We offer both day-to-day cover and long-term placements.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set work to students
- Manage classroom behaviour
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
- Gain experience across a variety of schools

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in UK schools (essential)
- Own transport (essential )
- A confident and professional approach to classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
