St Peter and St Paul, Catholic Voluntary Academy in Lincoln is seeking a cover supervisor to ensure a high-quality learning experience when a teacher is away. You will supervise KS3/KS4 lessons and help students stay on task.
This fixed-term, part-time role runs 19.5 hours per week during term time, with a salary of £12,203 to £12,797 per annum. You will join a supportive team within Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust.
As a cover supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high-quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school.
You will manage classroom behaviour to ensure pupils stay on task and facilitate the activities that have been designed by teaching staff to ensure that students complete the work in an effective learning environment.

This role offers you the chance to step in and lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher for KS3 and KS4 students. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a broader contribution across the Academy.
This is a fixed term part time role starting as soon as possible. You will be working 19.5 hours per week, term-time only, until 31 August 2027.
