St Peter and St Paul, Catholic Voluntary Academy in Lincoln is seeking a cover supervisor to ensure pupils have a high-quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away. You will supervise KS3–KS4, support pre-set activities, manage behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.

As a cover supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high-quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school.
You will manage classroom behaviour to ensure pupils stay on task and facilitate the activities that have been designed by teaching staff to ensure that students complete the work in an effective learning environment.

This role offers you the chance to step in and lead lessons in the absence of the regular teacher for KS3 and KS4 students. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a broader contribution across the Academy.
