TeacherActive is working with an Outstanding grammar school in Medway, seeking a Cover Supervisor for a long-term role starting immediately. You will deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4, cover a range of subjects, and uphold high standards of behaviour.

The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering a range of subjects while maintaining high standards of behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
