TeacherActive is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Bridgnorth and surrounding areas. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver prepared work and help maintain high standards of pupil engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people is desirable.
• Confidence supervising classes across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to confidently follow lesson plans and instructions left by teaching staff.
• A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach with a genuine interest in supporting young people's education.

We are recruiting Cover Supervisors for day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities, offering flexibility for candidates who may be looking to gain further experience within secondary education or those seeking a consistent school-based role.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared work across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and supported throughout their lessons.

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people is desirable
• Confidence supervising classes across KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
