Job summary

The Bishop Fraser Trust's BSCA advert is for a Cover Supervisor to supervise students aged 11–16 and support their learning when teachers are absent. The role requires maintaining order within the school’s behaviour framework and building positive relationships with pupils.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

• To supervise students and support them with their learning when members of teaching staff are absent. This will involve delivering lessons planned by Heads of Department and supporting students as they do their work
• Ensure good order is established and maintained working within our behaviour management framework
• Contribute to break and lunchtime supervision when needed
