To raise the standards of literacy and numeracy by providing high-quality intervention and targeted support for students who require additional help with functional skills. The postholder will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND team to deliver evidence-informed programmes that improve students' handwriting, reading and numeracy, enabling them to access the wider curriculum and achieve their full potential.
