Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a regional Legal 500 law firm that is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in Manchester.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Support the team in handling high-value deputyships and private trust matters, always prioritising clients' needs.
2. Draft and file applications with the Court of Protection.
3. Assist with property acquisitions and modifications to suit clients' requirements, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and other professionals.
4. Oversee clients' financial plans and track investments.

The successful candidate:

1. 2+ years PQE.
2. Strong knowledge of Court of Protection law.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
5. A proactive and client-focused approach.
