Your new role
This Court of Protection costs role offers the opportunity to join a thriving and dynamic billing team. You will oversee all aspects of annual billing for a substantial number of deputyship clients, including drafting various bills of costs, managing assessments and appeals, and preparing final cost certificates.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in Court of Protection bill drafting and a solid understanding of relevant procedures. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
