Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a regional Legal 500 law firm that is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in Manchester.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the team in handling high-value deputyships and private trust matters, always prioritising clients' needs.
2. Drafting and filing various types of applications with the Court of Protection.
3. Assisting with property acquisitions and modifications to suit clients' requirements, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and other professionals.
4. Overseeing clients' financial plans and tracking investments.

The successful candidate:

1. Has 2+ years PQE.
2. Possesses strong knowledge of Court of Protection law.
3. Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Can manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
5. Has a proactive and client-focused approach.
