Position: Court of Protection Lawyer, 2+ Years Experience

Job Overview

Join a leading team and benefit from ongoing support from experienced legal professionals recognized for excellence. This role involves supporting and protecting clients' needs across a variety of issues including financial planning, management of funds, assets, property, and care arrangements.

Responsibilities

1. Handle a caseload of Court of Protection matters with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Demonstrate success and expertise in deputyships and Personal Injury trusts, especially those arising from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claims, both pre- and post-settlement.
3. Proficiency in managing deputyships appointed by the OPG panel and local authorities.
