Responsibilities

  • Prepare papers, files and documents for court/tribunal hearings and meetings.
  • Create and update records on an in-house computer system with accurate data input.
  • Support day-to-day operations including clerking civil and family courts and tribunals.
  • Handle counter enquiries and respond to written and telephone queries politely and promptly.
  • Assist court users and support listing/rota management, checking files and contacting relevant parties.
  • Serve documents and carry out administrative actions with warrants, fines and fees.
