Working with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will plan, prioritise and manage a range of activities, handling enquiries with clear information and advice on university services.

Are you interested in working as a Course Administrator supporting our staff and students?
Working with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities.
This includes handling enquiries received through different routes, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams. We will also want you to provide a friendly and efficient service for students, staff, visitors, and other external stakeholders, within agreed customer service levels and standards.
This is a full-time (37 hours) permanent post and we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share.
The role is based on our Moulsecoomb Campus but there are opportunities for some remote working too.
