The administration team for the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities is currently staffed across both our Chichester and Bognor Regis campus’s. The key focus of this role is to support a range of graduate, postgraduate, degree apprentice and professional development programmes. This includes helping support, develop and maintain a range of systems and protocols to fulfil requirements of the University, and regulatory bodies such as Social Work England, OFSTED and Degree Apprenticeship (DA) standards. The post holder will work as part of a busy team to share and manage a wide range of administrative systems in a fast paced and agile role.
You will have a good general education to A level or above or equivalent, relevant work experience. You will have experience in administrative support, maintaining accurate records and coordinating meetings, events and processes, together with strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, adaptability and a collaborative approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and contributing positively to the student and staff experience.
