Job summary

Evri is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to support the Final Mile team in Paignton/Newton Abbot. You will onboard new couriers, allocate work and monitor daily activity to maintain efficient, compliant operations and high service standards.

The role focuses on helping couriers, resolving issues promptly, and feeding back insights to improve performance. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current UK driving licence required.
• Understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good organisation and keen attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and ability to spot escalation risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as delays or missing parcels before escalation.
• Use Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
• Provide daily feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
