Evri Group is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist in Worcester to join the Final Mile team. You will champion on-site onboarding, allocate tasks, and ensure couriers are ready for collection, keeping parcels moving smoothly and maintaining service excellence.

This full-time role offers a salary of £28,000–£32,000 with bonus and benefits, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, nationwide delivery network that values collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Current UK driving licence required.
• Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operational environments.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
