Flint Hyde is delighted to be partnering with one of the rising stars of the intralogistics industry, a company that continues to attract attention in what can often be a crowded market.

This company has had a series of successful funding raises and has developed a brand that is seen as offering the world's most advanced robotic fulfilment solutions.

As a part of its continued charge, they are looking for a Country Manager that can help them to be firmly established in the UK market.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically map the UK market, identifying key verticals and customers that will form the pillar of the UK plan.
  • Develop and execute the local go-to-market for the region.
  • Be the point-person, understanding and interpreting customer requirements and communicating this internally to develop best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive the development and maturing of the sales pipeline through sales and business development activities such as prospecting.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience with warehouse automation systems.
  • Additionally, it would be helpful for you to have a strong technical understanding of automated solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing, maturing and closing a pipeline of deals.
  • A highly developed industry knowledge in combination with a strong understanding of warehouse automation systems.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive, high energy, a person that is able to think and operate independently to drive results.
