Your role at Hostinger: Country Manager in the international growth team. You will be responsible for expanding Hostinger’s market share in the US, focusing on understanding target customers, evaluating channels, optimizing key metrics, and setting strategic country-level goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Market Expansion & Investment: Design and own the market strategy, ensure incrementality, evaluate channels, allocate budgets based on data, opportunity, and strategic goals, balancing immediate performance with long-term growth, seasonality, and local competition.
2. Business Development & Partnerships: Unlock high-impact partnerships with businesses, opinion leaders, and governmental entities, focusing on strategic, high-value collaborations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing on channel-specific execution, provide localization guidance, and inform hiring based on growth needs.
4. Voice of Market & Customer: Provide market insights, trends, and cultural understanding to inform pricing, campaigns, and product development. Lead customer research to identify new opportunities and ensure brand trust in the market. Represent the company locally.

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition.
• Experience in setting country goals, evaluating opportunities, and developing market strategies.
• Budget management skills, optimizing LTV/CAC, ROAS, and profitability.
• Expertise in identifying channels, driving revenue, and executing go-to-market plans.
• Leadership in managing teams and operations efficiently.
• Experience in building partnerships and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate market challenges and regulatory environments.
• Strong presentation, alignment, and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in using analytics to improve business outcomes.
