Orbital Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers for an immediate start in South Normanton. The role involves operating a Counterbalance Forklift to move stock, load/unload vehicles, and manage palletised goods within a busy warehouse.

Flexible shifts and weekly pay are provided. Applicants should have Counterbalance FLT experience; a valid licence is preferred but other FLT licences will be considered.

Qualifications

• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is essential.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, though other FLT licences will be considered.
• Able to work in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good health and safety awareness is required.

Responsabilités

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move stock in the warehouse.
• Load and unload vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Move palletised goods to storage locations and production areas.
• Use an electronic scanner to locate and move stock accurately.
• Follow all health and safety procedures when operating FLT equipment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

IMMEDIATE STARTS We've got a great opportunity for you to join our client, who is well-established within the pharmaceutical storage and distribution sector. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join the team.

If you have experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift or Counterbalance FLT Truck, this could be the perfect opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent rates of pay and overtime available.

Based in South Normanton - Easily accessible as located just off the M1 & A38.

Ideal if you are based in surrounding areas such as: Chesterfield, Mansfield, Nottingham.

Unless you live in the immediate area (5-mile radius of South Normanton), you will unfortunately be unable to get to work on time using public transport.

Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift or Counterbalance FLT Truck to safely move stock around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Moving palletised goods to storage locations and production areas.
• Using an electronic scanner to accurately locate and move stock.
• Following all health and safety procedures while operating FLT equipment.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.

Hours

• Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts):
• Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

Pay

• Week 1 (Days): £13.65 per hour
• Week 2 (Afters): £15.70 per hour
• Nights: £18.20 per hour

Previous Experience

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT or Counterbalance Forklift is essential.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although all FLT licence types will be considered.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse and Forklift experience is advantageous.
