Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Counter Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our London venues.

You will monitor service standards, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and train and supervise team members to maintain a cohesive, high-performance shift.

The role of a Counter Supervisor :

• Support senior management with leading the front of houseteam, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift.
• Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation andservice, also handling guests’ complaints and queries.
• Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure acohesive and efficient team.
