Job summary

Scoffs Group, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is seeking Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) to energise busy stores and guide teams.

You’ll craft great coffee, deliver exceptional service, and mentor colleagues, stepping up when managers aren’t present. Training is provided, with growth opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Confident to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Craft consistently high-quality coffee with care and attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Lead by example and support the team to meet Costa brand standards.
• Step up and take responsibility when Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and store hygiene.
• Foster a positive team culture where colleagues feel supported and valued.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all!

What You’ll Bring
