Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring Barista Maestros (Team Leaders). You’ll lead the team, craft excellent coffee, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across shifts.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training and tools to help you succeed, grow with us, and enjoy a fun, supportive work environment.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all!

What You’ll Bring
