Scoffs Group Ltd, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) to energise and guide a small team across shifts. The role focuses on crafting quality Costa coffee, delivering friendly service, and upholding brand standards.

No previous experience is required; we provide full training and tools. You’ll lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer while enjoying great coffee yourself.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 20-30hrs per week available

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all!
