Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) to lead a warm, busy Costa Coffee counter and inspire the team with great hospitality. You’ll craft quality coffee, manage shifts, and ensure customers receive standout service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) 20hr contract & Full Time Contract Available

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
