Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is looking for Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) to energise stores and lead teams on shift.

You’ll craft great coffee, deliver warm customer service, manage stock and deliveries when managers aren’t present, and help your team meet brand standards. Training is provided, and you’ll build a welcoming environment while having fun.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
