Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd, the UK's largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) to energise and lead our store teams.

You’ll train peers, deliver great coffee, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards. Starting from 15 hours per week, with opportunities to grow in a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior barista experience required; training provided.
• Able to lead by example and support the team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - (minimum 15hr contract available)

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all!

What You’ll Bring
