Scoffs Group, the UKs largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) to energise shifts and lead teams. Youll craft Costa coffee, deliver top customer service, and help uphold brand standards in a lively store environment.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all!

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you all the training and tools you need.
