Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) to inspire a shift and deliver great coffee. The role is 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts, across our Costa locations.

You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, ensure brand standards, and support with stock, deliveries and store hygiene. No prior experience required; training provided, with opportunities to grow and develop within the franchise.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 20hrs per week

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• And of course, having fun while doing it all!

What You’ll Bring
