Job summary

Scoffs Group is the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, recruiting Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) to energise shifts and inspire their teams. This 30-hour contract role focuses on crafting Costa coffee, delivering standout service, and upholding brand standards across every customer interaction.

You’ll lead by example, support store operations when managers aren’t present, manage stock and deliveries, and help build a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers want to return.

• No prior experience required, training provided.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 30hr contract available

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:
