Scoffs Group Ltd is hiring a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) for a part-time, 12-hour weekly shift at the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise. You’ll lead by example, craft quality coffee, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

You don’t need prior experience—full training is provided. Bring a positive attitude, love for coffee and people, and strong teamwork to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 12hr per week contract available

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
