Turner & Townsend is seeking Cost Managers to join our contract and cost management team across Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth. You will support transportation and utilities projects in the UK, administering contracts, monitoring costs and forecasts, and driving value engineering.

Strong collaboration with clients and contractor teams is essential, with leadership in cost management and governance. Ideal candidates have NEC3 experience, a solid cost-management background, and a proactive approach

Formación

• Experience with NEC3 contracts (Option A, C & E preferred).
• Strong cost management and change control capabilities.
• Proven track record in procurement, valuation and reporting on large projects.
• Ability to manage commissions and deliver cost efficiencies across lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Administer contracts and manage cost governance in projects.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cashflow, ensure timely applications.
• Lead client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering.
• Negotiate final accounts and support commissioning and closeout.
