Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Cost Manager for the Southwest region, covering Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth, to support a growing UK infrastructure portfolio. You will manage contract costs, forecasts and reporting for highways, utilities and rail projects, while collaborating with clients and contractor teams to ensure governance and value engineering.

The role emphasizes proactive cost control, successful change management, and final account negotiation, with SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contract management (NEC3, Option A,C & E preferred).
• Strong cost management and change control capabilities.
• Proven ability to forecast, monitor costs and report to programme governance.
• Comfort with procurement, valuations and reporting cycles.
• Collaborative, value-for-project mindset with stakeholders.
• Ideally membership or progression with a professional body.

Aufgaben

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget.
• Manage contract change, including governance adherence and cash flow.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs, governance and value engineering.
• Lead commissions and drive forecasts, budgets, and final accounts.
