Job summary

You will be a Senior Cost Manager within our UK Infrastructure business, working on a variety of client and Turner & Townsend projects, delivering cost monitoring, forecasting and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in contract management (NEC3 preferred).
• Knowledge of change management and cost management.
• Experience in procurement, estimating and pricing.
• Experience in governance processes.
• Line management experience.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant subject.
• Professional body membership or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients, colleagues and project parties.
• Administer contracts in line with objectives and policies.
• Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, and cost control.
• Manage contract change to stay within governance and best practice.
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy.
• Provide commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate final accounts.
• Commission management as needed.
