Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our Energy & Infrastructure portfolio. The role focuses on cost control, forecasting, variance analysis and value engineering across major programmes for national clients.

The successful candidate will hold a degree or HNC, NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience, and a proven track record in energy or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Degree or HNC level qualification.
NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects.
Experience on major programmes or project portfolios.
Professional Chartership (preferable).

Responsibilities

Take ownership of performance and quality, delivering reliable outputs.
Plan and execute work effectively, identifying opportunities to add value.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients, maintaining professional relationships.
Communicate clearly and constructively to support productive work.
Administer and manage contracts, cost monitoring, forecasting and cashflow control.
Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering.
Provide commercial leadership and timely final accounts.
Capture lessons learned and support internal process improvements.
