Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting for a Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager within our Energy Infrastructure practice. You will support cost control, forecasting and commercial leadership across major energy and infrastructure projects.

The role offers opportunities to work on iconic commissions, develop your career through structured pathways and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management and commercial leadership on energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts and external client engagement.
• Experience delivering cost control, forecasting and final accounts on major programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management and cashflow control.
• Work with client and contractor teams to drive cost performance and value engineering.
• Support governance processes and timely agreement of final accounts.
