Turner & Townsend is recruiting for a Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager in our Energy & Infrastructure group. The role focuses on cost control, forecasting and value engineering across major energy and infrastructure projects, with client-facing responsibilities and strong commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC level qualification required.
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience preferred.
• Cost / commercial management experience on energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios.
• Professional Chartership is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and quality outputs for clients.
• Plan and execute work effectively, identifying value opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, maintaining professional relationships.
• Communicate clearly to support productive working and problem-solving.
• Administer and manage contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting and change control.
• Work with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs and governance.
• Provide sound commercial leadership and timely final accounts.
• Capture lessons learned and support internal process improvements.
