Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to lead and develop the sales team at our cosmetics counter.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to set performance standards, coach Sales Associates, and drive achievement of sales and service targets in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has proven supervisory and coaching experience, strong customer service credentials, and a passion for cosmetics.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Inspires through authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience supervising with coaching/mentoring to hit targets.
• Retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with POS software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
