Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with substantial PQE to join as a Partner. This role offers autonomy over client relationships, fee arrangements, and participation in business development, within a supportive, modern platform.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, with 4+ years in corporate law, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and a track record of building a client following. Flexible hours and a collaborative environment are available.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
