Sacco Mann are delighted to be recruiting for one of our long-standing clients for a Corporate Solicitor into their Preston office.

They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join this highly regarded Corporate team in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and ambitious team, working on high-quality transactions for a diverse range of clients.

The Role

You’ll work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers while managing your own matters, advising businesses at every stage of their lifecycle.

The role will involve advising on:

• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Company sales and acquisitions.
• Management buyouts and buy-ins.
• Company restructures and reorganisations.
• Shareholder agreements and investment documentation.
• Corporate governance and company law matters.
• Joint ventures and wider commercial corporate advisory work.

As your experience develops, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, build lasting client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

About You

We're keen to hear from solicitors with at least 1 year's post-qualification experience in corporate law who are looking to continue developing their expertise within a supportive and progressive environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• A minimum of 1 PQE in corporate law gained within a reputable law firm, ideally with a Corporate focused training contract if at the start of their career.
• Experience assisting on and managing a range of corporate transactions.
• Strong technical and drafting skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and business development.
