Job summary

Sacco Mann is recruiting a Corporate Partner to join its well-regarded Liverpool practice. This strategic leadership role calls for a senior Corporate solicitor with a proven track record to drive growth and strengthen the firm's reputation in the corporate sector.

The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients, lead the corporate team, and develop new business opportunities, delivering exceptional service across a range of corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in corporate law
• Proven history of developing and maintaining client relationships in the Merseyside region
• Experience in business law, corporate finance, business development, and restructuring
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This strategic leadership position offers an exciting opportunity for a senior Corporate lawyer with a proven track record to drive growth and strengthen the firm's reputation within the corporate sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of corporate clients, developing new business opportunities, and leading the corporate team.

The role requires a proactive approach to client care, excellent business development skills, and a thorough understanding of corporate law to deliver exceptional service to clients across a range of corporate transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Corporate Solicitor, ideally at 7+ years PQE. This role would suit someone who is currently in a Corporate Partner position, and looking to make an exciting move to join an established and successful Corporate team, or someone at Legal Director level and above, looking to make that jump to Partnership.
• Demonstrable history of developing and maintaining client relationships in the Merseyside region.
• Experience inbusiness law, corporate finance, business enhancement, and restructuring.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
