The ideal candidate

• Extensive experience as a Corporate Solicitor, ideally at 7+ years PQE - This role would suit someone who is currently in a Corporate Partner position, and looking to make an exciting move to join an established and successful Corporate team, or someone at Legal Director level and above, looking to make that jump to Partnership.
• Demonstrable history of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Experience inbusiness law, corporate finance, business enhancement, and restructuring.
