Job summary

LC Legal is recruiting an experienced Corporate Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to join its growing corporate team in Manchester. You will handle high-quality work, take on increasing responsibility, and enjoy genuine career progression in a supportive environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to assist with larger and more complex transactions, run smaller deals, advise on non-transactional matters, supervise juniors, and develop client relationships while expanding your commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PQE in corporate law.
• Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate matters.
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills.

Responsibilities
