Job summary

Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Solicitor / Legal Executive (3+ PQE) for a Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire. You will join a well-regarded corporate team advising businesses, shareholders and investors on a varied caseload including mergers, reorganisations and governance.

Are you a Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE looking for a move that offers high-quality work, genuine progression and the opportunity to work within a highly regarded legal team?

We are working with a Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire that is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with the appointment of an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor / Legal Executive

The Opportunity

You will join an established Corporate team advising a broad range of businesses, shareholders and investors across a varied and interesting caseload to include -

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate re-organisations and restructurings
• Share acquisitions and disposals
• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Investment and funding transactions
• Corporate governance and general advisory work

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers while developing your own client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for matters

About You

• 3+ years' PQE
• Strong experience within a Corporate team
• Good technical knowledge and a commercially focused approach
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
