Job summary

360 Recruitment is assisting a Legal 500-recognised London law firm to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor. The role focuses on leading transactions from instruction to completion in a collaborative, partner-led environment.

The successful candidate will typically have 5+ years’ PQE, strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage SME and owner-managed business projects, including M&A and corporate restructurings.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years PQE in corporate work.
• Experience advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Ability to lead transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Commercial, pragmatic problem-solving with focus on client outcomes.

Corporate Solicitor

Location: London

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

My client is a Legal 500-recognised law firm that has enjoyed sustained growth across the business for many years. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor, with ideally at least 5 years' post qualification experience, to join their team.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified Solicitor, with ideally at least 5 years' PQE in Corporate work.
• Experience advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs.
• Ability to lead transactions from instruction through to completion, working within the firm's processes in an organised way.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering client outcomes.
• Ambition to develop client relationships and progress within the firm, taking advantage of cross-referral opportunities.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience of business development and networking.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior lawyers and trainees desirable, but not essential.
• Experience across a broad range of corporate work, including M & A, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, and general company law advisory work, particularly in a real estate context given the core business of our firm.
• Banking and finance experience desirable, but not essential.
