Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment seeks a Corporate Solicitor for a recognised London firm. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and proven leadership to guide complex corporate matters, including real estate deals, M&A, and restructurings.

The successful candidate will manage key client relationships, drive business development, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative, high-value environment in Central London.

Qualifications

• Lead complex corporate transactions independently from instruction through due diligence to drafting, negotiation and completion.
• Deliver technical advice across corporate matters including M&A, shareholder agreements, restructurings, and general company law.
• Apply corporate insight to real estate transactions including vehicles, joint ventures and restructurings in property markets.
• Actively generate new business by networking, pitching to prospective clients and cross-referrals across practice areas.
• Serve as the main client contact, managing relationships and providing proactive, commercially-driven updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate transactions from initial instruction to completion.
• Provide expert advice on M&A, shareholder agreements and restructurings.
• Advise on real estate corporate structures and joint ventures.
• Drive new business development through networking and client pitches.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships with regular project updates.
