You will manage a varied caseload across business sales, commercial contracts, shareholder and loan agreements, and general corporate advisory work, with exposure to national and international clients.

Our client, a well-established and expanding law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
