The role requires a valid SIA licence, CCTV licence, and proven leadership experience in corporate security. Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory security experience.
• Minimum 2 years in corporate security.
• Valid SIA licence.
• CCTV licence.
• Proven ability to produce clear written reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for staff, visitors and contractors.
• Lead and support on-site security team and ensure procedures are followed.
• Provide clear, accurate information in person/phone/email.
• Manage incidents and escalate to management as required.
• Maintain professional presence and standards for the team.
• Respond to emergencies effectively and lead responses.
• Oversee ID checks and access control.
• Supervise reception/foyer area cleanliness and presentation.
