Ward Security is recruiting a Security Officer to protect a prestigious corporate environment in Birmingham City Centre. You will be visible, approachable, and proactive, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.

The role requires a valid Door Supervisor and CCTV SIA licence, with 4 on 4 off days/nights shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible security presence with regular foot patrols across designated areas.
• Control access to the premises by checking identifications.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms and respond promptly to alerts.
• Welcome and assist visitors, providing directions when required.
• Identify and report concerns, health and safety issues, and incidents with timely reports.
