Ward Security is seeking an experienced Security Officer for a prominent facility in Marylebone, London. The role requires a valid SIA licence and strong customer service skills to ensure a first-class security presence.

You will act as a point of contact for staff and visitors, provide clear information, and respond to emergencies while maintaining professional standards and proactive reporting throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• SIA license is mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven work experience as a Security Officer (min 1 year).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact and information centre for staff and visitors.
• Provide clear information in person, by phone or email.
• Report issues to the supervisor or duty manager.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Handle conflicts appropriately when required.
• Prepare incident reports to management standards.
• Carry out ID checks as needed.
• Be vigilant to health and safety risks.
• Work on own initiative.
