Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a warm, professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Glasgow office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be part of a close-knit on-site team, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and email while maintaining top-tier service standards.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work 40 hours per week Mon-Fri. UK address vetting will apply as part of the onboarding process.

• Ability to build rapport with internal, external, and VIP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and welcoming experience for clients, guests and colleagues.
• Handle enquiries in person, by phone and email with professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of building/facilities to assist visitors.
• Coordinate on-site events and client activities.
• Oversee reception area presentation and upkeep.
• Support travel bookings, meetings, and gift arrangements.
